Our Mission
Ready to make the difference
Casa Forza is an international architectural and philanthropic team project, between the US (Charleston SC) and Mexico (Mexico City), created to build “Stronger Homes for a Stronger Society”… With our initial goal to create a modular home prototype, implementing a strong protective, sustainable, and hurricane | earthquake proof design; and a long term goal of making it affordable and available to people around the world, specially in areas prone to these events, at very low or no cost.

How We Do It?
"Always Thinking Outside the Box"
By improving & innovating around current safety codes, with unique sectional – modular designs and/or technology, that makes them replaceable or upgradable at any stage of the production or after any natural disaster or event that could’ve compromised the home structure… Helping to reduce or prevent the loss of human lives and communities as part of the outcome of natural disaster events, such as the ones lived during 2016 -2017, with CAT 5 Hurricanes in the US and 8.5 magnitude earthquakes in Mexico and around the world, still happening today.
Our TEAM
Our team effort between Charleston SC (USA) and Mexico City (CDMX) is conformed by Meadors Inc. (US) and by Zeller & Moye (MEX), whom will be supporting the pre-production, research, development and delivery phases of the project.
With more than 34 yrs of experience in Architectural Design and Historic Preservation services in Charleston SC, with a social consciousness ideal as part of its mission, Meadors Inc. joined the Casa Forza team to make the difference…
Zeller & Moye, count with more than 15 yrs of experience in the industry of Architecture Designs services in Mexico and around the Globe; always trying to find a common ground between the sustainable and the social impact that their designs have on the community, they have joined Casa Forza, ready to support our cause…

“The initiative and idea of the project was born back in 2014-15, after seeing the devastating effects of the 8.3 Chilean Earthquake, Thailand’s Tsunami and always in my heart and thinking about my home country, Mexico, which is prone record to major earthquakes… I started to wonder about the safety of commonly built home structures and what will it take to combine the strength, lightweight, replaceability and sustainability of our current home designs to make them better…”
