Build a habitable structure, strong enough to support the forces of hurricanes and earthquakes, using sustainable, low-environment, lightweight and economical materials that could stand independently or implement into existing or devastated structures.

.Short Term.
Generate drawings to build a prototype home in both, Mexico and the US territories independently. Helping us to make Design adjustments for our long term goals.
.Long Term.
The initial construction documents will be adjusted to include design changes from the prototypes to start the full production of modular homes; designed according to owner’s or territorial needs. aiming to sell homes at a 150-200% of the price allowing us to give away a second home for free.
All homes (Paid and Free), will include the same technologies and materials.
Innovation
Casa Forza project will be ideally constructed using a fairly simple structural design with lightweight materials. Aiming to be sustainable and modular in every stage of the production, construction and life of each home.

Ideally these homes/building structures will endure:
- Flying objects colliding against the core structure.
- Wind Proof
- Structural motion from an earthquake (oscillatory or trepidatory)
ie. in case of a hurricane, it will allow the individuals to stay if evacuation is not possible…
Financing
Casa Forza is seeking support from investors (companies or individuals) will help finance the initial and future costs of production and development of the prototype. We aim to start in communities in need, in the USA-Mexico and expanding in the future around the globe.
